I'mweb exists to make technology easier for everyone. It's still difficult but still valid. That's why we're constantly researching and implementing and finally creating a connection between technology and people. In 2010, people gathered to make technology for people are growing up cheering each other in the cozy office at Yeonhui-dong.

Minimize Greetings
To avoid disturbing coworkers at work, we do not greet at work. Instead greet lightly when you meet in public.

Use of annual leave at anytime
You can start your vacation anytime without any approval. However the work must be completed or handed over beforehand.

Questions or objection should be constantly raised, disputed and resolved together.

We have many characteristics such as personality, appearance, and behavior. We acknowledge the difference and do not evaluate it.

Rules and responsibilities clearly exists in a casual working environment. Enjoy responsible freedom and think disciplined.
